About the product
A kombucha with butterfly pea infusion. Its colour shifts with the acidity of the brew — a natural property of anthocyanins, not an added colourant.
The natural source
Dried butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea) and PHI’s own kombucha culture.
Process & technology
Primary fermentation, butterfly pea infusion after filtration, then a second fermentation.
Science behind the product
The infusion timing is set so colour develops without losing floral aroma. Adding too early leaves the colour washed out once acidity rises.
How to use
Keep refrigerated. A colour shift after opening is normal.
